Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying different areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
