Jon Ruben was arrested after eight children and an older person became sick at the location in July.
The 76-year-old, from the Nottinghamshire area, confessed to a series of 17 offences when he stood at the courthouse on the end of the week.

'Candy game'
The legal representative, prosecuting, detailed Ruben's offending to the court.
She explained his those affected were children from difficult backgrounds who were staying at a youth camp which he operated.
The man engaged in a "treat game" with the youngsters, the prosecutor explained, in which he would access the children's bedrooms when they were getting ready for bed and tell them to consume candy "rapidly".
She told the court the defendant had engaged in this activity with the children "for many years", and minors had previously become sick the next day.
She explained Ruben had been able to explain this for many years as the children being "overexcited from fun", until his family member had concerns in recently.
The legal representative continued: "In the summer" his stepson had worries about the activities, justifiably.
"They decided to investigate in the individual's items."
The legal counsel stated objects including lubricant, ointment and medical needles were located, and his stepson contacted the authorities about his concerns.
She explained the man continued to conduct the "candy game" with six boys that evening - that Saturday - and they were everyone unwell the next day.
"Law enforcement" had not gone out by that stage," she added.
The regulatory agency, the investigative body, had stated that it was reviewing law enforcement's management of the events.
Mrs Prior stated the youngsters were having difficulty walking due to being ill, so the family member contacted the law enforcement once more.
She stated Ruben then conducted the "sweet game" in a area of five children.
